辽宁科技大学毕业设计 第 PAGE I页 带式输送机电动机无触点开关设计 摘 要 本文设计，制作了一套完整的带式输送机电动机无触点开关控制系统，并在实验室成功完成了试验，整个系统由三相异步电动机主回路，无触点开关控制电路，和检测电路组成。针对带式输送机电动机大功率、高负载的工作状况，通过相关参数的计算，合理的选择了可控硅的型号，完成了主回路的设计。运用模块化的方法，通过对输入电路、输出电路、CPU接口的参数计算完成了对无触点开关控制电路的设计。再通过主回路的故障分析和性能分析完成采样电流检测回路和同步电压检测回路的计算和估算，从而完成了检测电路的设计。本设计采用美国微芯公司(MICROCHIP)的必威体育精装版单片机dsPIC30F6014,提供了强大的16位单片机所具备的的所有功能。还采用了晶闸管的半波整流功能完成了电机的能耗制动系统的设计。 关键词：带式输送机；无触点开关；主回路；控制电路；检测电路；单片机； 能耗制动 The Design of Belt Conveyor Electric Engine No Touch Relay Abstract In this paper, design, produced a full plate of the conveyor motor no touch relay control system and the successful completion of the laboratory test, the entire system by the three-phase asynchronous motor main circuit, non-contact switch control circuits, and testing circuit Composition. This design uses the U.S.-core companies (MICROCHIP) the latest SCM dsPIC30F6014, with a powerful 16-bit microcontroller has the all the features. SCR also used to complete the rectification of the motor function of the brake system of energy consumption.
