辽宁石油化工大学毕业设计(论文)用纸 PAGE PAGE 6 毕业设计论文 850万吨/年辽河原油掺炼凝析油蒸馏装置工艺设计 摘 要 本设计为350万吨/年辽河原油掺炼凝析油加工方案。本方案只对常压蒸馏部分进行工艺计算。辽河油田地质构造复杂,重质低凝环烷基原油储量丰富,可以生产各种优质沥青。凝析油是一种主要成分为石脑油的超轻质原油,一般含石脑油馏分在55%左右,其主要成分是C5至C11+烃类的混合物,是生产溶剂油的优质原料。 本设计计算部分包括常压塔参数的确定,塔板的设计,塔板水力学计算。常压塔共设50层塔板,设第12层,第24层,第36层三个抽出侧线,产品分别为煤油,轻柴油,重柴油。设两个中段循环回流,分别位于13-15,25-27层塔板处。回流热分配比为塔顶回流取热40%,常一中回流取热30%,常二中回流取热30%。经过计算得塔径为6.5米。经过校核,塔顶温度为112℃,常一线抽出温度为220℃,常二线抽出温度为285℃,常三线抽出温度为340 ℃,误差符合要求。经过塔板水力学计算,绘出塔板负荷性能图,计算得操作弹性为3.42。设计根据常压蒸馏的基本理论和工艺计算方法,借鉴现有工业装置的操作数据,得到的设计结果能够满足工艺要求。 关键词:辽河原油,凝析油,常压蒸馏,工艺计算 8.5 million tons / year Liaohe crude oil blending condensate distillation unit process design ABSTRACT This design is a 8.5 million tons / year Liaohe crude oil blending condensate processing program. This design only contains process calculation of the atmospheric distillation section. .Liaohe Oilfield has a complex geological structure, it has abundant reserves of heavy low condensate naphthenic base crude oil and it can product all kinds of high quality asphalt. Condensate is a kind of the super-light crude oil, whose major component is naphtha. It usually contains the naphtha fraction of about 55%, and its main ingredient is a mixture of C5 to C11+ hydrocarbons, high-quality raw materials for production of solvent oil. Computational part of this design includes the parameters of the atmospheric tower design of the tray, tray hydraulics calculation. The atmospheric tower has 40 trays. Three side lines are located on the 12th floor, 24th floor and 36th floor. Their products are kerosene, light diesel oil and heavy diesel oil. The atmospheric tower has two intermediate circulating refluxes which are located on 13-15th and 25-27th floor. The top of the tower takes 40% of the reflux heat, the atmospheric tower’s first intermediate circulating reflux takes 30% and the second takes 30%.
