PAGE 进城农民工随迁子女义务教育问题及对策 摘 要 随着我国工业化、信息化、城镇化、农业现代化的不断推进，我国农村剩余劳动力流动日益频繁，进城农民工随迁子女的规模也在不断扩大，其中约100万适龄儿童处于失学状态。党的十八大报告明确指出：要努力办好人民满意的教育。努力办好学前教育，均衡发展九年义务教育，积极推动农民工子女平等接受教育，让每个孩子都能成为有用之才。 关心、关注社会问题，响应党和国家号召，为国家发展和社会进步献言献策是每一个青年人的责任。本文通过介绍进城农民工随迁子女的规模大，入学途径单一，存在教育不公平，家庭教育问题突出，农民工子女失学、辍学率高，农民工子女学习效率低，缺乏社会认同等问题；分析出存在问题的原因主要有：户籍政策的限制，义务教育投入不足，义务教育工作机制缺失，农民工家庭教育对子女产生不利影响，学校缺乏科学的教育管理方式等；然后通过搜集相关资料，运用管理学、社会学、经济学等相关理论知识，并结合自身的所见、所闻、所感，提出了解决进城农民工随迁子女义务教育问题，可以通过加快户籍制度改革，加大义务教育投入，完善义务教育工作机制，农民工家庭创造适合子女成长的环境，学校发挥教书育人的职能，社会各界共同努力等措施。 百年大计，教育为本。只有让每一个儿童接受教育，提高公民的科学文化素质，建设人力资源强国，才能够实现构建社会主义和谐社会的目标，才能实现中华民族的伟大复兴。 关键词：随迁子女； 义务教育； 民工子弟学校 ABSTRACT Along with our country industrialization,information,urbanization, agricultural modernization, rural surplus labor force flows have become increasingly frequent, the migrant workers Suiqian children are also expanding the scale, of which about 1000000 of school-age children in school status.
