进城农民工随迁子女义务教育问题及对策
摘 要
随着我国工业化、信息化、城镇化、农业现代化的不断推进,我国农村剩余劳动力流动日益频繁,进城农民工随迁子女的规模也在不断扩大,其中约100万适龄儿童处于失学状态。党的十八大报告明确指出:要努力办好人民满意的教育。努力办好学前教育,均衡发展九年义务教育,积极推动农民工子女平等接受教育,让每个孩子都能成为有用之才。
关心、关注社会问题,响应党和国家号召,为国家发展和社会进步献言献策是每一个青年人的责任。本文通过介绍进城农民工随迁子女的规模大,入学途径单一,存在教育不公平,家庭教育问题突出,农民工子女失学、辍学率高,农民工子女学习效率低,缺乏社会认同等问题;分析出存在问题的原因主要有:户籍政策的限制,义务教育投入不足,义务教育工作机制缺失,农民工家庭教育对子女产生不利影响,学校缺乏科学的教育管理方式等;然后通过搜集相关资料,运用管理学、社会学、经济学等相关理论知识,并结合自身的所见、所闻、所感,提出了解决进城农民工随迁子女义务教育问题,可以通过加快户籍制度改革,加大义务教育投入,完善义务教育工作机制,农民工家庭创造适合子女成长的环境,学校发挥教书育人的职能,社会各界共同努力等措施。
百年大计,教育为本。只有让每一个儿童接受教育,提高公民的科学文化素质,建设人力资源强国,才能够实现构建社会主义和谐社会的目标,才能实现中华民族的伟大复兴。

ABSTRACT
