输尿管镜钦激光碎石术后残留结石的因素分析 【摘要】目的分析?尿管镜钦激光碎右术后残留结石的危险因素。 方法收集接受输尿管钦激光碎石术治疗的输尿管结石患者361例， 根据术后是否存在结石残留分为结石残留组（132例）和无结石残留组（229 例）。对两组患者的临床特征、手术等情况进行单因素分析和Logistic多 因素回归分析。 结果361例患者结石残留率为36. 6%；结石残留组患者的结石直径31 cm的比例、结石位置在上屮段的比例、患侧肾功能受损的比例、术前有其 他治疗史的比例明显高于无结石残留的患者（P〈0?05或0.01）,术后第2 天尿量明显低于无结石残留患者（P〈0.01）。输尿管钦激光碎石术后结石 残留的危险因素为结石位置、患侧肾功能、术前治疗情况（P〈0?01）,保 护因素为术后第1天尿量（P〈0.01）。 结论结石位置、患侧肾功能、术前是否接受治疗是结石残留的危险因 素，术后第1天尿量是结石残留的保护因素，故临床治疗此类结石时应重 视这4个影响因素，以提高临床治疗效果。 【关键词】输尿管镜钦激光碎右术；结右残留；危险因素 中图分类号：R692.4 文献标识码:AD0I : 10. 3969/j. issn. 2017. 01. 016 Analysis of factors of residual stones after urctcroscopic holmium： YAG laser lithotripsy [HJ2][HJ] GUO Chaosen, DONG Yangyang, QI Wenzhuo (Urology Department, Peoples Hospital of Yanshi, Yanshi 471900, China) [HJ2][HJ] [Abstract] ObjcctiveTo analyze risk factors of residual stonos after ureteroscopic holmium： YAG laser lithotripsy. Ratio of stone diamotor^l cm, the ratio of stono in the upper and the middle location, the ratio of ipsilateral renal function, the ratio of other treatment history before operation of the residual stones group were significantly higher than those of residual stones free group (P0.05 or 0.01), and urine volume in the second day after operation was significantly less than that in the residual stonos free group (P〈0.01 ) . The risk factors of residual stone after uroteroscopic holmium： YAG laser lithotripsy were stone positions, ipsilateral renal function and preoperative treatment (P〈0.01), and the protective f
