哈尔滨工业大学工学硕士学位论文 哈尔滨理工大学学士学位论文 - PAGE II - - PAGE III - 学士学位论文 青海西宁地区2.8MW燃煤热水锅炉设计 摘要 锅炉作为一种能源转换装置被广泛地研究和运用,本次设计任务是设计一台型号为SHL2.8-1.0/95/70-AⅢ的热水锅炉,适用于在海拔2000米西宁地区的 在锅炉设计过程中主要进行了锅炉的技术、经济分析,锅炉整体结构布置,热力计算,强度计算和烟风阻力计算,相应的设计图纸,以及英文文献翻译。 该锅炉为双锅筒横置式自然循环锅炉,炉膛四周布置水冷壁。由于锅炉在高海拔地区运行,为了保证炉膛中持续和稳定地燃烧,采用高而短的前拱和低而长的后拱。加高炉膛,以适应海拔2000米地区的运行。 锅炉主要数据如下: 锅炉效率 75.91% 排烟温度 165 燃料耗量 0.1461kg 辐射受热面积 18.02 对流受热面积 171.74m 额定供热量 2.8MW 炉排面积 6.36 关键词 热水锅炉;海拔2000米;双锅筒横置式自然循环 Design for the water boiler operating at xi’ning Abstract Boiler used as one of the important facilities that transform one form of energy into another is studied extensively and used widely. The theme of this document is to design a water boiler used in lanzhou, whose type is SHL4.2-1.0/95/70-AⅢ. This kind of boiler is suitable for the regional heating and heating of the area that suitable for having an elevation of 2000 metrs. In the process of boiler design,i chiefly carried the feasible analyses of technology、economic、the overall structure collocation of boiler、heating power calculation、intensity calculation 、 gas-air resistance calculation、the design for drawing paper as well as English translation. This boiler is double-drum natural circulation boiler, around the furnace are fixed up water walls. To ensure the good and continuous ignition in the furnace, I used the high and short front arch, while the back arch is low and long. Through practising and proving , it increase burner hearth to a higher attitude so as to it adapt to the operation of an elevation of 2000 metrs district . Behind the furnace is the burning out zone. There are dense tube nest between the two drums, which compose the main heat-delivery surface. In the back stake flue, I set the economizer which can decline the temperature of the stack gas and improve the efficiency in the furnace.. The burner equipment is chain-grade furnace row , the design fuel is mineral coal, whose lower heating value is 22211KJ/kg. The data cited be
