8工位液压刀架设计与换刀控制
摘 要:数控车床在我国机械加工行业中得到越来越广泛的应用。它不仅提高了生产效率而且还对完善产品质量和优化工作环境起着至关重要的作用,于此同时也对刀架设计提出了许多新的要求,比如如何使其运转更高速可靠、使换刀时间尽量缩短以换取其高效性、使结构更简单造价更低。要想使这些更先进的数控车床更好地发挥作用,以上这些问题就是我们必须先去解决的。本文中所论述的正是这么一种利用PLC来控制换刀过程的新型液压刀架。文中包括其液压系统进行设计,使其实现动、静齿盘的脱开与啮合以实现刀架粗定位,同时控制对刀架进行精定位的插销的在花键轴上的插入与拔出;对机械传动部分的设计,其中设计包括轴、液压缸、齿轮、动静齿盘以及各类密封装置;对PLC控制程序的设计以实现刀架的就近选刀和刀架转过各刀位时指示灯都亮一下,完成后对其进行程序调试以检验其正确性。

Abstract: CNC lathes are more widely used in the machining industry in our country. It not only improves productivity but also on improving product quality and optimize the work environment plays a vital role in this but also on the turret design many new requirements, such as how to make it run faster and reliable, so change Knife time as short as possible in exchange for its efficiency, making the structure more simple and cheaper. To make these more advanced CNC lathes better play the role of these issues that we have to go to resolve. It is discussed in this article such a use PLC to control the tool change process, new hydraulic turret. The paper includes the design of the hydraulic system to achieve the movement of disengagement and engagement chainring knife to achieve coarse location, while controlling for fine positioning of the knife is inserted and pulled the plug on the spline shaft; mechanical transmission part of the design, including design including shafts, hydraulic cylinders, gears, gear plate and a variety of static and dynamic sealing devices; When designing PLC control program in order to achieve the nearest turret tool selection and turret lights are turned all pockets bright look, its debugging to test its validity after completion.
