PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT I 南京工业大学学士学位论文 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 42 毕业设计(论文) 所在学院： 机械与动力工程学院 专 业： 机械工程及自动化 设计(论文)题目： 插杆式擦窗机设计 2013年6月 摘要 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT III 插杆式擦窗机设计计算 摘要 如今社会经济迅猛发展，城市也越来越多，伴随着城市的产生，高楼大厦也 如雨后春笋般矗立起来，擦窗机便在这个背景下诞生了。擦窗机可以分为轨道式、 轮载式、插杆式、悬挂式、滑梯式。由于擦窗机需要人来操作，因此安全将置于首位，设计时各个部件都必须具有绝对的安全可靠性能。 本课题是关于擦窗机装置的设计计算，主要研究计算了以下几个方面的内容： 介绍了擦窗机产生的背景及其在高楼大厦上的广泛应用。 用电磁继电器组成控制电路，实现了擦窗机吊篮的上升、下降、制动以及多档位速度控制，并选择了电缆内置的钢丝绳的型号。 对擦窗机的结构件，地脚螺栓，工字钢吊臂进行了校核。 分析了擦窗机安全装置中的安全锁、卷筒后备制动等。 选择了擦窗机提升机的型号以及卷筒的布置形式。 关键词：建筑机械 吊篮 擦窗机 外墙清洗 The design of rod-type window wiping machine Abstract Today, social economy has been rapidly developing , the number of cities is also increasing, in the same time, many-storied building are also built. Window cleaning machine was born in this background. Window cleaning machine can be divided for track-type, load-type, plunger-type, suspension-type, slide-type. As a result of window cleaning machine need to human operate, so the safety will be put in the first place, when all parts must be absolutely safe and reliable performance. This topic is about wipe window machine device design calculation, the main research content are as follows: The background of window cleaning machine and the application of tall building are introduced. Control circuit is consist of electromagnetic which make the window cleaning machine rise, decline, basket braking and different speed control, and we select cable built-in wire rope model. The window cleaning machine structure, anchor bolts, steel boom is checked. Window cleaning machine safety device, safety lock and back-up brake drum, is analysed. The type of window cleaning machine hoist is selected and drum is arranged.
