编号： 毕业设计说明书 题 目： 桂电国有资产管理系统 学　　院： 计算机科学与工程学院 专 业： 信息管理与信息系统 题目类型：?理论研究 ?实验研究 ?工程设计 ?工程技术研究 ?软件开发 摘 要 进入21世纪以来，信息技术从根本上推动了国有资产管理的发展，使得国有资产的管理效率得到大幅提升。桂电国有资产管理系统，涵盖了桂电国有资产管理业务的各个层面以及业务流程，并根据其业务流程，运用信息技术来实现桂电国有资产的查询、统计、分析并辅助决策，为日常工作的流程化和规范化提供有效的依据，实现桂电国有资产管理的高效化。 桂电国有资产管理系统采用SQL Server 2005作为数据库设计工具，Netbeans 7.0作为开发工具，使用Java，JSP作为编程语言，实现了基于Web 的B/S模式的桂电国有资产管理系统，具有对硬件要求低，具有响应快，可操作性强等特点。 国有资产是高校赖以生存和发展的物质技术基，国有资产管理的本质在于价值管理。目前，桂电国有资产以前所未有的幅度增长着。如何监管国有资产，使其使用效益最大化引起了桂电校领导的高度重视。本系统用过对桂电国有资产管理流程的分析，建立国有资产管理系统，旨在简化国有资产管理流程，降低国有资产管理成本，提高国有资产管理效率，实现桂电国有资产管理的效益最大化。 关键字：国有资产管理；房地产管理；设备管理；科信息技术；网上办公 Abstract In the 21st century, information technology fundamentally promotes the development of state-owned assets management, making state-owned assets management efficiency has increased substantially. As an important part of e-government, aim at managing information based on the basis of the data obtained to implement the query, statistics, analysis and decision support,making full use of resource, planning work times. Setting up the system will provide an effective means for daily work and standardization processes.
