ABSTRACTXie ABSTRACT Xie Lingyun is the founder of landscape，and is also the greatest master in literature at the tum of the Eastern Jin and the Song Dynasties．The political structure of the society had great change from the rebellion by SunEn that had broken out in the year of YiXi．Liu Yu established a new dynasty and set up a new structure in which the common people could enjoy equal treatment with the noble class．In the Song Dynasty,the noble class forfeited there political strength，but Xie Lingyun set up high aims and lofty aspiration to resume the political structure or the Easter Jin，SO he was stroke by the Song Dynasty inevitablely．Xie Lingyun’S literature creation was producted in this circumstances．In the first chapter of the paper,the writer gathers the comments about Xie Lingyun in all historical commentary．In the second chapter,the writer holds that imperial power used both hard and soft tactics to the noble class，meanwhile，the maj ority noble class acted in accordance with the imperial family．The third chapter focus on the Xie clan．Most of the member went with the trend of the times，bur Xie Lingyun went against it．Xie Lingyun demoted to Yongjia in the 3州year of YongChu and toured the scenic spots．He availed himself of the opportunity to recuperate and relax．When he found it’S unprofitable to achieve his clan ideal，he requested to go home for the reason of i11 in the 5m year of YuanJia．He went into nature initiatively and anticipated gain other people’S confirmation．The twice contact with nature closely made Xie Lingyun created a large number landscape poems．His creation have double consciousnesses that are transfer pressure and win acclaim．Although his poem have two different kinds of aesthetic style：one is human and nature are in perfect harmony,the other one is human keep apart nature，its objectivelyprovide a new aesthetic pattern that is the combination of poem and landscape．In the end，the writer analyses the effect of the death of Xie Lingyun to s
