摘要蓝牙(Bluetooth)技术是一种短距离无线互连技术，它最初的目标是实现电 摘要 蓝牙(Bluetooth)技术是一种短距离无线互连技术，它最初的目标是实现电 缆替代，取代现有的电脑、移动电话等各种数字设备上的有线电缆连接。它工作 在2．4G ISM频段，具有体积小、功率低等特点，目前已经成为数据传输速率要 求不高的移动设备和便携设备的无线互连标准。 本文首先介绍了蓝牙技术的基本原理，包括蓝牙基带、蓝牙射频、协议栈等， 同时结合作者的实际工作情况，介绍了蓝牙产品的测试原理。 重点介绍了基于 安捷伦E1852B蓝牙综合测试仪的摩托罗拉蓝牙车载免提产品的自动化测试系 统，包括设备选型、系统集成、测试软件体系等。给出了基于VB6．0典型测试功 能的测试代码和基于PICl6F876单片机的汇编代码(用于用户输入接口UIM的测 试)。 本文作者是摩托罗拉公司天津生产基地的测试工程师。从2003年底所在的 事业部开始设计蓝牙车载产品，与之相对应，工厂必须设计出相应的测试系统以 满足生产产品的需要。从那时起，作者就开始进行蓝牙技术的研究和测试系统的 开发工作。经过两年多的努力，成功地开发出基于E1852B的蓝牙测试系统。目 前该系统己经在摩托罗拉公司天津厂正式使用，成为天滓厂蓝牙产品(车载，耳 机)的标准测试系统。经过一段时间的运行表明，该系统性能稳定可靠，能够满 足生产的需要，达到了预期的目标。 关键词：蓝牙E1852B CSR测试系统 ABS’玎RACTBluetooth ABS’玎RACT Bluetooth technology is wireless technology for devices inter-connection in short-range．Its original target is“Cable replacement or Cordless”，that is use wireless technology to replace all of the cables between the PC and its peripherals，cellular phone had its accessories．Bluetooth work in ISM band，with low power and small in dimension，nOW it is the wireless connect standard for portable devices and other equipment that do not need hi曲data throughout in short range． In this paper,Firstly imroduced bluetooth basic operation theory include： baseband，radio，protocol stack etc．At the same time，introduced bluetooth test principles as well since the author’S working circumstance．Then focus on the E1 852B based automatic test system for bluetooth product，include test equipment selection，hardware integration，test sottware architectttres etc．Attached VB source code for some key test functions and PICl6F876 AsM source code for UIM(user interface module)testing at the end． nlc author is a Motorola test engineer in TianJin manufacture site．From the end of year 2003，Bluetooth Car kits project kick off in the group that the author belongs to， accordingly the factory need tO setup test system for the production．From then on，the author begin to study bluetooth technology and test system development．Through nearly 2 years hard work，complete
