健康教育对消化内科住院患者的效果观 吴俊华 (河南中医学院第三附属医院河南郑州450000) 【 】目的：探讨对消化内科住院患者进行健康教育的方法，患者的临 床效果观察。方法：选择103例消化内科住院患者作为研究对象，随机分为观察 组(52例)和对照组(51例)，对照组患者给予常规护理工作，观察组患者在此 基础上进行健康教育，记录两组患者住院期间依从性人数，出院前对两组患者进 行疾病知识掌握程度及护理满意度测评。结果：观察组患者疾病掌握知识得分 (88.63plusmn;10.45 分)高于对照组(72.36plusmn;10.45 分)，差异有统计学 意义(Plt;0.05)；观察组患者治疗依从率(52例，98.11%)和护理满意度(51 例，96.23%)均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。结论：护理人员 对消化内科住院患者进行健康教育工作，可以提高患者疾病知识掌握程度，有效 改善治疗依从性和护理满意度。 【关键词】消化内科：住院：健康教育：效果 【 】R47 【 】A 【 】2095-1752 (2015) 11-0057-02 The effect observe of health education in patients with digestive internal medicine in hospital Wu Junhua.
