健康教育路径表在肿瘤化疗患者中的应用及效果 [ ]目的:探讨健康教育路径表在肿瘤化疗 患者中的应用及效果。方法:将86例在我院首次住院 准备化疗的肿瘤患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组 各43例。对照组接受常规健康指导,实验组应用健康 教育路径表进行健康指导。比较两组患者的化疗后焦 虑、抑郁、血管静脉炎发生率及满意度。结果:应用 健康教育临床路径表管理,对照组患者的焦虑、抑郁 评分分别为(46.41 ±7.44) (44.46±10.45)分,实 验组分别为(36.45±9.23)、(41.14±10.02)分,两 组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01,P0.05);对照 组静脉炎发生率为51.2%,实验组静脉炎发生率为 11.6%,对照组明显高于对照组(x 2=16.13, P0.01); 对照组患者及其家属对护理工作的满意度入院和出院 时分别为69.77%和76.74%,实验组满意度入院和出院 时分别为67.44%和95.35%,两组出院时满意度比较, 差异有统计学意义(P [关键词]健康教育路径表;肿瘤;化疗 [ ]R473.73 [ ]A [ ] 1673-7210 (2011) 12 (a) -132-03 Application and effect of health education path table in cancer chemotherapy patients YAN Yan Department of Oncology, Jingzhou Hospital Affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Hubei Province, Jingzhou 434020, China [Abstrac] Objective: To explore the application and effect of health education path table in cancer chemotherapy patients. Methods: 86 cancer patients hospitalized for the first time to prepare chemotherapy were randomly divided into experiment group and control group, each group had 43 cases. The control group received routine health guidance and the experiment group received health education path table for health guidance. The occurrence rate of the patients1 anxiety, depression and phlebitis and their satisfaction were compared between two groups. Results: After clinical application of health education management table, the scores of the patients with anxiety and depression in the control group were (46.41±7.44), (44.46±10.45) scores; the scores of the patients with anxiety and depression in the experiment group were (36.45±9.23), (41.14± 10.02) scores. There were significant difference between two groups (P0.01, P 0.05).
