妇产科DIC的急救与护理体会 李永红 （河南省漯河市第二人民医院，河南 漯河 462000） 【摘要】目的：探讨妇产科弥散性血管内凝血(DIC)的急救、治疗及护理方法，以提高抢救成功率。方法：选取2008年1月～2011年12月来我院妇产科进行抢救治疗的DIC孕妇患者18例，抢救措施为快速建立静脉通道，给予抗凝及抗纤溶药物，迅速补充凝血因子，密切观察患者病情变化，准确记录出入的液体量，做好心理护理和各项基础护理。结果：6例患者经急救治疗及护理后完全康复，10例患者子宫次全切除后，术后康复良好。2例患者因引发多器官功能衰竭而死亡。结论：产科急性DIC发病迅速，病情凶险，死亡率较高，只有做到早发现，早诊断、及时抢救、祛除诱因、合理治疗和精心护理，才可显著提高患者的生存率。 【关键词】弥散性血管内凝血 DIC 急救与护理 妇产科 First Aid and Nursing Obstetrics of Gynecology DIC Li Yonghong(Luohe City, Henan Province Peoples Hospital, Henan Luohe 462000) 【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the first aid, treatment and care of Obstetrics and Gynecology disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC) method: in order to improve the success rate. Methods: January 2008 to December 2011, School of Obstetrics and Gynecology 18 cases of life-saving treatment of patients with DIC pregnant women, rescue measures for the rapid establishment of intravenous access, given anticoagulant and antifibrinolytic drugs quickly added to the coagulation factor closely observation of the patients condition changes, and accurate records of the amount of fluid access, good psychological care and the basic nursing care. Results: 6 cases were completely recovered after emergency treatment and care, 10 patients with subtotal hysterectomy and postoperative rehabilitation. The two cases were caused by multiple organ dysfunction syndrome and death.
