郑州大学硕士学位论文Abstract 郑州大学硕士学位论文 Abstract This dissertation was financially supported by Henan Province Elitist Innovation Fund(No.0121001900). In this dissertation the method of separation and purification of catechol and related thermodynamic data were studied based on the synthesizing route of catechol by dehydrogenation of 1,2·cyclohexanediol which has been successfully developed in our laboratory.This study Was focused On the following problems that the separation and purification processes of catechol exhausted too much energy and lower production yield.The separation technique was gained,which could save energy and Was convenient and fitted for industrial production.All these would make base for the industrial production of catech01. In this paper we used solvent extraction method by using ethyl acetate as solvent extraction to study the dehydration technology of the reaction solution,and we gained the better extraction technology condition as followed:extraction temperature 25C, extraction time 40min,phase ratio 0.6,setting time 50min,the rate of the magnetic agitator drive Was 500叩m,the mass of the sodium chloride which Was added into the reaction solution Was 0.5%of the reaction solution’S,adjusted the pH of the reaction solution as 6.7,used two stages cross—current extraction.Under the conditions,the extraction efficiency of catechol could reach 98.79%.We used slope method to determinate the structure of the extracted species,and We calculated the thermodynamic data of extraction process. We separated the extraction phase with the method of stepwise”acuum distillation,and we gained the better technology operating conditions as followed:at fist,the vacuum Was 0.06MPa,keeping it for 12min,the distillation temperature was 60C,and then change the vacIlum to O.08MPa,keeping it for 10rain,the distillation temperature Was 70C,the heating voltage of the still was 140V.Under the conditions, the yield of catechol in the step of distillation reached 96.5%.and th
