The operations of the real estate enterprises should also be changed to adapt to the transformation of demands. More and more real estate enterprises begin to reorient their positions in the market. Many of them regard the innovative development, image-building and sustainable development as their core strategy. It is necessary to study the innovation of real estate enterprises from the angle of the strategic decision-making. This paper commenced with prosperities and downfalls of the real estate enterprises. After that, it analyses the developmental actualities of real estate enterprises and introduces the research of the innovative operation strategy for real estate enterprises. Then，based on the innovative theory, corporation strategy management theory, marketing management theory, management theory and financial management theory, it analyses the four most important factors that influence real estate enterprises，which are innovations of the market, technology, management and financing. By analyzing these four factors in theories and practices’ this paper emphatically points out the deficiencies which exist in real estate enterprises in adapting to markets. Afterwards, it points out the innovative ways and approaches of operation strategy of the real estate enterprises. It also systematically summmzes the characteristics of innovation in each development stage of the real estate enterprises. At last，combining the practical experiences of foreign real estate markets, this paper predicts the development trends of real estate enterprises and puts forward the innovative direction of the real estate enterprises in the fiiture.
