内蒙古科技大学毕业设计说明书（毕业论文） PAGE VI PAGE I 摘要 本文阐述了在机械领域利用计算机技术，是螺栓组实验台由传统的机械化趋于虚拟化，并实现螺栓组实验台的多种种功能。螺栓组实验是针对原有“机械设计”实验中的“螺栓组联接中的受力”而提出的。对物理螺栓组进行计算机监测，不但方便教师授课和学生学习，而且容易接受。 本设计介绍了试验台的系统设计，工作原理及主要技术指标，该实验台具有测试可靠、制造容易、维护方便的优点。 在设计开始指出，我翻阅了大量相关的资料，在实验室进行了实际观察，对试验台的整体构造以及实验台的控制形势有了一个初步的轮廓。我在本设计的前几章中系统地介绍了实验台的工作原理；为了进一步设计液压系统，我在后面几章的元件选型中对液压系统所需的元件也进行了计算选择。 此次设计的主要任务是完成原理图的设计，其次是完成系统中各个元件的选择，装配图、原理图、油箱等零件图的绘制。整个设计对实验台系统的设计进行了较全面的叙述。 关键词： 螺组栓 螺栓组联接 实验台 液压系统 ABSTRACT This text expounds the use of computer technology in the field of machinery ． Turning an experiment of bolts to fictitious can carry out all kinds of function in the experiment of bolts group．　Experiment of bolts group is put forward aiming to “stress of blots in bolt group coupling” in “Machine Design” experiment. The physics experiment platform ， which is detected by the computer ，not only is convenient to the teachers’ teaching and the students’ studies ，but also is able to acceptable easily． In the article ，the hydraulic general system of the experiment platform is introduced including the system mechanism and its characteristic．The experiment platform has many ， such as ，being made easily ，carrying out maintenance simple ，and so on ． At the beginning of the design ，I browned a flood of the related books ，with proceeding the visit in the testing room，and had a model of the whole structure of the experiment platform and the control form of the test bench，In the formal part of the article，the basic structure of the testing bench with work process is described in detail ； For the sake of the further design of the hydraulic system．In the latter of the article，the hydraulic element of the experiment platform，which is needed in the system，have been c
