我国高校引入PPP模式的SWOT分析 【摘要】：随着我国的经济和教育水平不断快速的发展，城市化进程逐渐加快，20世纪80年代PPP(Public-Private?Partnership)模式的引入开启了我国对高校采取新模式建设的浪潮，近年来，随着我国综合实力的提升，大量高校建设PPP项目被肯定，形成高校建设的PPP模式。因此，通过采用SWOT分析法，客观分析高校投融资引入PPP模式的内、外部因素，并运用SWOT分析模式进行探讨，认为高校可以抓住经济和教育体制改革机遇，采取取长补短和优化资源配置，缓解高校建设的财政压力。 关于全文的内容，首先，是对PPP模式的定义、发展、起源及我国高校PPP模式的引入背景和发展过程进行论述。其次，基于我国高校引入PPP项目进行投融资的案例，归纳总结我国高校引建设引入PPP模式的必要性及意义。再次，运用SWOT方法进行我国高校运用PPP模式建设的优劣势分析。最后，针对我国高校实施PPP模式的劣势提出政策性建议及措施。 【关键词】： 高校建设 PPP模式 SWOT分析法 [Abstract]: With economy and education levels have been developed rapidly and urbanization process has been accelerated in our country,PPP (public- private partnership) model is introduced to open the tide of new mode construction in 1980s. As comprehensive strength is highly promoted in recent years in China,a large number of PPP projects are positive in universities,forming the PPP mode in university construction.Therefore,by SWOT method,this thesis analyzes internal and external factors of PPP mode in Chinese university objectively.Through discussing PPP mode,we believe that universities can seize the economic and educational system reform opportunity, learning from each other and optimizing resource configuration to release financial pressure of university construction.
