汕头大学医学院2008级硕士研究生学位论文 use human albumin, mean dosage was 7.65g, and 50.0% of patients use it,mean dosage was 38.89g (p=0.027,p=0.020).theusage of mannitol was similar between two groups. Mean head CT scans procedure was 3.29 times, less than theother (4.83times,p=0.003）.Patientsinpressuremonitoringgroupspent less days in hospital than the other (23.65vs.9.72, p=0.042), but not as the the length stay in ICU. And there was no different between two groups in prognosis. Conclusions：For patients with severe brain diseases, tought intracranial pressure monitoring protocol was shown not to be superior to routinemanagementprotocol inlengthstayinICU,andthepencetageof ‘well outcome’, it significantly reduced the usage rate of human albumin and the dosage of human albumin, help for patients to process less head CT scans, and reduced the length stay in hospital. It was necessary to process intracranial pressure monitoring in patients with severe brain disease.
