京津冀一体化下的石家庄经济转型浅析 摘要： 2007年我国已超过美国成为世界上碳排放量最大国家，因而受到国际社会的高度关注。而河北省作为我国的一个省份，却是中国煤耗量最大的省份。作为河北省的省会，长期以来石家庄的经济增长方式以高投入、高能源和资源高消耗为主，产业结构以化工、医药为主。这就造成了大量的工业化工污染和雾霾天气。现在借以京津冀协同发展上升为国家战略这一有利先机，同时为进一步改善生态环境，建设生态环保省会，融入京津一体化发展。石家庄市面临新的形势与任务，应继续深化各方面改革，加快低碳技术创新步伐，大力发展低碳经济，提高应对气候环境变化能力，实现全市可持续发展。最终实现由高能耗的经济转型为低排放，低碳的经济。 关键字： 石家庄市；低碳经济；能源结构；京津冀；产业协同发展；经济转型 Abstract： In 2007, our country has surpassed the United States as the worlds largest carbon emitter, which has received much attention and the international community as a province of our country, hebei province, is Chinas largest coal consumption quantity of the province. As the capital of hebei province, shijiazhuang have long way of economic growth with high investment, high energy and resources consumption is given priority to, mainly chemical industry, medicine industry structure. This creates a lot of industrial chemical pollution and fog haze weather. Now to the coordinated development of beijing-tianjin-hebei rise as national strategy as the favorable opportunities, in order to further improve the ecological environment at the same time, the capital of construction of ecological environmental protection, blend in the beijing-tianjin integration development. Shijiazhuang city faces new situation and task, should continue to deepen the reform in all areas, to speed up the pace of low-carbon technology innovation, developing low-carbon economy, improve the ability to cope with climate change, realize the sustainable development in the city.
