中外零售连锁业竞争力对比分析启示 ——家乐福与世纪联华的比较分析 2004 级国贸本科 余小磊 摘要：随着国际零售业巨头全面进入我国零售业连锁市场，中国本土大型零售连锁企 业面临着激烈的国际竞争，本文结合零售国际竞争力的内涵及特点，从零售格式和零 售组合的角度，选择了国际零售连锁家乐福公司与国内零售连锁世纪联华公司，对其 经营状态进行了定量和定性的比较分析，通过比较分析认为家乐福在中国市场具有强 大竞争力的原因除了具有先发者优势之外，还有一个重要原因就是特别重视“顾客指 向”，而且通过对这种原因的分析，从宏观上总结了本土零售连锁业与国际零售连锁业 的差距，最后结合存在的主要差距，提出了未来发展对策。 关键词：竞争；零售组合；家乐福；世纪联华；对策 I The Competition Analysis between Domestic and Foreign Retailer ——The Analysis of Carrefour and Century Lianhua Abstract: Along with international retail giants entered into Chinese market, Chinese domestic large-scale retailers are facing to the fierce competition. This paper introduces the content and characteristic of international retail competition in the term of retail mix and retail format. It analyzes the different operational competition between Carrefour, a foreign company and Century Lianhua, a Chinese native company. The paper discusses the internal reasons why Carrefour keeps the competitive capability, and analyzes the benefit of pioneer and the necessity of the consumer ’s value in domestic market. It also explores the main existing problems of the Chinese retailer from the macro environment . Finally, based on the main existing problems, it puts forward the countermeasures to meet for the needs of the development of the domestic retailer.
