The checked pets conform to the regulations of Capital Airlines. 3、 The shippers (passengers ) should make good preparations for the transportation and accept the inspection of the check-in agents before boarding on the aircraft. 4、 The shippers(passengers)have no objection to the charges for the checked pet of the carrier ( Capital Airlines) 。 5、 The shippers (passengers) have no objection to the responsibility provisions set out in the Agreement. 6、 The shippers (passengers) have read and acknowledged the necessary certificates for the transportation and make sure all the certificates are ready before the date of transportation. Remark: I, the shipper of the pets have read all the contents which listed in the agreement items and I have no objection to the agreement items above.
