木文主要介绍的是冰箱感温盒盖注射模的设计方法。首先分析了冰箱感温盒盖制件 工
艺特点,包括材料性能、成型特性与条件、结构工艺性等,并选择了成型设备。接 着介绍
了冰箱感温盒盖注射模的分型面的选择、型腔数目及布置,重点介绍了浇注系统、 成型零
件、导向机构、脱模机构、斜导柱导滑的侧向抽芯机构的设计。然后选择标准模架 ,并对
注射机的工艺参数进行了校核。最后对模具的工作原理进行说明,以及在安装调试 中可能
出现的问题进行总结、分析,并给出了相应的解决方法。
本文论述的冰箱感温盒盖注射模模具采用三板式结构,即浇注系统凝料和制件在不 同
的分型面脱出,一模四腔型腔布置,对侧凹结构采用斜导柱抽芯机构,然后利用四 根推杆
来推出制件。本模具结构稳定可靠,效果很好,塑件达到了规定的技术要求。

The designing methods of injection structure of the refrigerator temperature-sensitive box are mainly introduced in this paper. First, the technological characteristics are analyzed, including material properties, forming characteristics and conditions, the process of the structure, and the forming
equipment were selected. Then the parting line is selected, the number of cavity
and layout are determined. A specific introduction is made on feed system, cooling
system, forming parts, guiding mechanism, stripper mechanism, and core-pulling
mechanism. Then the standard mould bases are selected, and checked the
technological parameters of the forming equipment. Finally, problems that may
emerge during the mold installation process are analyzed and the appropriate
solution is provided?
The mould of refrigerator temperature-sensitive box discussed in this article
uses three-plate mould, that is pouring material and the plastic parts are ejected
from different parting lines. There are four cavities in this mould, and for the
re-entrant parts using angel pin core-pulling mechanism to move the slide?
Simultaneously, four ejector pins are used to push out the plastic parts, so it can
reduce the ejection force. The mold structure is stable and reliable, as well as leads
to good effect, and the properties of plastic parts meet the requirements.
