减肥联合手术治疗对肥胖合并OSAHS患者的疗效分析 (广元市第一人民医院 四川 广元628017) 【摘要】目的：肥胖患者多出现阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS), OSAHS是睡眠呼吸障碍的最常见形式，其特点是睡眠时反复发牛上气道塌陷导致 经常觉醒，间歇低氧，睡眠片段化和睡眠质量下降，严重影响人类身体健康，引 起多种慢性疾病。探讨国人体质量过重者(BMI25)阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气 综合征(OSAHS)患者减肥联合手术治疗对OSAHS的影响。方法：自2013年1月 至2014年1月，对收治的50例患者中主诉打軒部分身体质量指数(body mass index, BMI)gt;25的病例进行分析，将患者分为减肥联合手术治疗组(病例组)10 例和手术治疗组(对照组)40例。对两组患者均进行睡眠、呼吸监测诊断不同程度 观察。结果：对患者减肥联合手术治疗体重质数正常者均无鼾，睡眠无觉醒。结 论：减肥联合手术治疗使OSAHS患者效果显著，能明显改善患者的临床症状达 到治疗。 【关键词】阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)；肥胖；减肥联合手 术治疗；人类健康 【中图分类号】R45 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752 (2016) 35-0015-02 [Abstract] Objective Many obese patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypop nea syn drom (OSAHS), OSAHS is the most comm on form of sleep apn ea, its characteristic is repeatedly happened when sleep on airway collapse often lead to awakening, intermittent hypoxia, fragmented sleep and sleep quality to drop, serious impact on human health and cause a variety of chronic disease. Discussed the human quality of the person that weigh (BMI gt; 25) with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrom (OSAHS) patients lose weight the effect of surgical treatment for OSAHS. Methods From January 2013 to January 2014, in 50 cases of patients were treated with the chief complaint snoring part of the body mass index, body mass index, BMI) gt; 25 cases were analyzed, and divided the patients into losing weight combined treatment group (case group) and 10 cases in treatment group 40 cases (control group).
