As the fabrics could not be used for production, I’ve already made arrangements to replace them with a new supply. But as you are aware, it takes time before the new supply arrives. So I’m afraid the delivery for these two styles will probably be delayed for about one week although we will try our best to effect an earlier shipment. In this case, I have to ask for an extension of delivery until Jan. 22. We’d highly appreciate it if you could agree to this extension. I’m awfully sorry for the inconvenience we’ve brought you. Best regards Chenjun （2） Dear Chenjun, We prefer shipment before Jan. 15, but if that’s impossible, for style Nos. 5089 and 5090, we accept delivery postponed until Jan. 22. We’d like to point out that shipment can not be delayed for all the other items under our order as they are for one of our most important customers.
