Types of Narration How many types of story have you ever written/told/heard? Types of Narration It includes mainly two different types： 1. Non-fiction or factual, e.g. real events, biographical accounts and news reports. 2. Fiction, or literary narrative, e.g. novels, tales, fables, short and long stories, jokes, and fictional anecdotes. Types of Narration Read the sample writings in your book, i.e. ‘Homeward Trip’ and ‘John Waters’ and： A. Identify the type of narration, i.e. fiction or non-fiction. B.
