Introduction (2) Counter-offer 1. Express appreciation for the offeror’s effort in making an offer; 2. Express regret at an inability to accept the offer; 3. State the reason why you can not meet the offeror’s needs; 4. Suggest your own terms and conditions to make a counter-offer; 5.
