Acceptance is one of the necessary components in the conclusion of a foreign trade. As stated in United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.(abb. CISG), “ A contract is concluded at the moment when an acceptance of an offer becomes effective in accordance with the provisions of the Convention on CISG. Only after acceptance, we can in fact conclude a contract. But according to Chinese law requirements, contracts have to be concluded in written form. An order is a request to supply a specified quantity of goods. It may result from an offer or an enquiry. An order is also called a purchase order, which contains a formal offer from an intending buyer to buy from a supplier the goods listed, in the quantities and at a approximate price. Then a contract may come into existence when the supplier sends a formal acknowledgment to the buyer. An order can be sent by a letter, fax, even an email. An order or an order letter should c
