4.Other Welding Methods 其他焊接方法    Refractory metals such as tungsten are often conduction welded in electronic assemblies, but require higher power than other materials. Dissimilar metal joints are commonly encountered in conduction welds where the twisting of conductors forms a mechanical support that minimizes bending of potentially brittle joints. 4.3.4 Machines CO2 laser In the case of the CO2 laser, where the resonator is filled with a N2-CO2-He gas mixture, transfer their vibrational energy to the carbon dioxide. During the transition to the lower energy level, CO2 molecules emit a radiation with a wavelength of 10.6 μm. The helium atoms, finally, lead the CO2 molecules back to their energy level. High performance diode lasers allow the welding of metals . In material processing they are therefore particularly suitable for welding thin sheets.
