本科毕业论文 题目名称: 物流企业绩效评价指标体系的探讨 学 院: 专业年级: 学生姓名: 班级学号: 指导教师: 二XXX年六月十日 摘要 物流企业绩效评价是对物流业绩和效率的一种事后的评估与度量以及事前的控制与指导,从而判断是否完成了预定的任务,他对物流企业的发展起着重要作用。结合我国的物流企业现状和国外的经验,本文介绍了我国现代物流企业常用的主成分分析法(PCA),并对几种重要的绩效评价指标体系作了具体研究,如企业内部指标体系中的运输成本、库存成本等;企业外部指标体系中的客户满意程度和信息共享程度等。现代物流企业十分重视对客户的服务满意程度,这也是影响企业效益的关键环节,本文对这一指标做了深入探讨。最后,针对绩效评价的局限性,本文提出来一些改进方法,使评价指标能在经济全球化的市场环境中不断完善,同时增加了绩效评价体系的灵活性。 关键词:物流绩效评价;主成分分析发;客户满意程度;物流成本 Abstract The performance evaluation in logistics enterprise is a subsequent assessment and measurement as well as prior control and guidance for the performance and efficiency of logistics, which is used to judge whether complete the ordered task or not. In addition, it plays an important role in the development of the logistics enterprise. Combined with Chinese logistics enterprise’s status quo and foreign experience, the performance evaluation methods commonly used in Chinese modern logistics enterprise are introduced in this paper, such as PCA which is short for principle components analysis. And several important quota system of the performance evaluation is studied in detail, such as the transportation cost and inventory cost in the enterprise’s internal indicator system, the customer satisfaction and the degree information sharing in the enterprise’s external quota system, etc .The modem logistics enterprise pays greet attention to the degree of the customers service satisfaction, which is also the key link to affect the enterprise effectiveness. This quota is inquired into in depth in this paper. At last, directed against the limitation of the performance evaluation, some improvement methods are put forward, which improves the evaluation quota in the market environment of economic globalization and increases the flexibility of the performance evaluation system.
