摘要:本装置充分利用我国稀土永磁材料的必威体育精装版研究成果,将磁的储能与非接触传动原
理运用于的汽车制动及能量回收,采用钕铁硼稀土永磁材料超强磁力的特性设计制作成
汽车制动能量再生器。再生器的核心机构包括两个部分:一是磁储能机构,该机构可对
汽车制动时的部分动能进行回收存储并在汽车重新启动或加速时快速释放,助力汽车启
动或加速;二是非接触传动机构,该机构不仅承担了磁势能积蓄机构回收能量的传动功
能,同时可作为汽车制动 ABS 系统的辅助装置,减少汽车制动过程中因摩擦发热及热衰
退所带来的能量损耗,提高能量回收效率及汽车制动过程中的稳定性。再生器基于静磁
学原理,使用钕铁硼稀土永磁材料,无需外部供应能量,可以长期稳定工作,储存的磁
势能可以在极短时间快速释放出来,产生汽车启动或加速助推动力,从而实现节能减排
的目的。

Title: Permanent Magnetic Regenerative Braking Device
Abstract :The device makes full use of the latest research results of tombarthite permanent
magnets, using the principles of the magnetic energy storage and non-contact transmission for
braking energy recovery. My project is to design and make the regenerative braking device by
the characteristics of Nd-Fe-B permanent magnetic materials of super magnetic force. The core
mechanism of the regenerator includes two parts: One is the magnetic storage, this mechanism
recovers kinetic energy from part of braking kinetic energy and use this power to restart or fast
speed the vehicle. Or this energy can be used for acceleration by quickly releasing the stored
energy. The other one is a non-contact transmission mechanism. This mechanism can be used
as an auxiliary device of the automobile’s ABS system. Energy normally lost though frictional
heating during braking can be reduced. This part of the system also improves the efficiency of
energy recovery and provides a more stable braking process. This mechanism is the
transmission function of the magnetic potential energy saving device. The regenerator is based
on the principle of magnetostatics, the use of Nd-Fe-B permanent magnetic materials, no
external power supply, and can work stably for a long time. Magnetic energy storage can be
rapidly released in a very short period of time,
