The offeror promise to sell certain goods to detailed specifications at a fixed price within a stated period of time. 3. Once the offer is made and accepted, the offeror is not allowed to revise and withdraw the offer within its validity. 4. A non-firm offer is an offer without engagement. 5. It can’t be revised and withdrawn within the validity once made and accepted. 4. A non-firm offer is an offer without engagement. It can be changed, revised and withdrawn at any time. 5.
