　　金融衍生工具在风险管理中的应用 　　I 　　金融衍生工具在风险管理中的应用 　　摘要 　　近二十多年来， 金融衍生工具在国际金融市场上迅猛发展。 一方面， 作为风险管理的手段， 金融衍生工具以其自身的特点能够成为企业风险的良好工具； 另一方面， 金融衍生工具的高杠杆性使其具有巨大的风险。 特别是 2008 年的全球金融危机， 作为其爆发的直接原因的金融衍生工具更是引起了学术界和业界的关注与研究兴趣。 我们在反思金融衍生工具带来的风险的同时更应关注如何运用金融衍生工具为企业服务， 明确风险管理的目的与原则， 谨慎选择金融衍生工具品种， 完善公司的内部治理机制对风险持续监管与处理， 加强公司自身对金融衍生工具的认识， 帮助我国公司更好地参与国际竞争和控制风险。 　　[关键词] 公司风险管理 金融衍生工具 套期保值II 　　ABSTRACT 　　In the past twenty years, the financial derivatives have rapidly developed in the internationalfinancial market. On one hand, as a method of risk management, financial derivatives can beregarded as proper tool of enterprise risk with its own characteristics; on the other hand, the natureof high leverage brought financial derivatives to its great risk, which especially be proved in the2008 global financial crisis. As the direct cause of the outbreak of the financial crisis, financialderivatives was aroused the attention of the academic and industry with research interests.
