The writer hopes the reader could understand the intenfon and do some further work for Chinese company to enlarge international market.[著者文摘] Key words: biding; biding price offer method; investigation; diathesis; decision-making; system; engineering 收稿日期:　2006-07-27 作者简介: 白葵，从事成套设备出口工作。主要业务市场是印度和越南，参加过许多国际招标项目。作者现任中国出口印度至今最大容量的竹拉兰水电站项目的项目副经理。 浅析影响国外工程投标报价的主要因素 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------　　随着我国对外开放政策的进展，我国承包国外工程日益增多。承包国外工程具有金额大、问题多、要求条件苛刻、市场竞争激烈及潜伏较大风险等特点。因此如何进行投标，恰当选择利润率及报价水平是我国工程经济人员的一项重要课题。　　国外工程投标报价内容包括各单项工程直接费及其它各项费用。根据国际上习惯作法，承包国外工程所发生的各项费用，除招标文件允许明列的少数项目（如临设费、施工机械费等）外，其他各项费用一般为待摊费，应分摊折算在各单项工程单价内，不单独明列。但是为了对各项费用心中有底，在编制内部报价时，应将所有费用逐项算出，作为工程费用的第二部份汇总。因此要想准确编制国外工程投标报价，就要准确计算出各单项工程直接费和各项费用，认真分析影响工程直接费和各项费用的主要因素以及这些因素的影响程度，正确选取各
