The frame implements the collection of resident identity card information, digital domination and management of data maintenance and transmission and query, the facture and issuance process of certificate, enhance the efficiency and quality of accreditation, achievement the aim for re- duction of accreditation cycle -time and strict management of accreditation, bringing more convenince to the people, provides informa- tional technical support for recertification of Second Generation Identity Card.
