5 总结 - 17 - - 本科毕业设计(论文) 题目：天空的遐想—户外主题餐厅设计 院 （系）： 艺术与传媒学院 专 业： 艺术设计 班 级： 091204 学 生： 赵玉航 学 号： 0912041112 指导教师： 曹乐 许岩 2012年06月 I 天空的遐想——户外主题餐厅设计 摘要 近年来，个性化主题餐厅，作为一股新势力开始在餐饮界崛起。个性化的主题餐厅使得顾客在用餐之处更能体会到另一种独特的文化氛围。主题餐厅的室内设计是非常重要的一部分，餐饮空间的内部装饰也是吸引着顾客的一个十分重要的因素，引导着顾客消费的深层次的一种营销手段，就是在其特殊的空间氛围和其所体现的内涵。所以，餐厅的内部设计需要的设计元素也是多元化的。我所设计的是以天空为主题所设计的餐厅，是做一个在室内有户外特色的主题餐厅，户外主题餐厅是以天空的遐想为主题所设计的餐厅，它不同于一般餐厅的设计和装修，作为一个主题元素的主题餐厅，它为现代的都市人设计一个纯粹的原生态户外休闲餐吧，力求与周边的环境雅致的融合在一起，向人们表现出一个纯粹原生态户外餐厅。 对于天空的遐想——户外主题餐厅的设计，我主要运用户外元素来营造餐厅的气氛。在吊顶方面大面积的运用软膜天花，做出天幕效果；墙面以木材贴面，衬托户外原生态的木色；地铺以黄白灰浅色调为主，以表现户外的大地。运用室内的照明、色彩、陈设等方面设计出一个纯粹原生态户外餐吧。 关键字：主题餐厅；个性化；文化特征 II The sky reverie -- outdoor theme restaurant designdesign Abstract In recent years, personalized theme restaurants, as a new force began to rise in the catering industry.
