安徽建筑工业学院本科生毕业设计 年产70万m3商品混凝土搅拌站工艺设计 PAGE 18 PAGE 19 PAGE 5 摘要 本次设计是年产70万m3混凝土搅拌站，该搅拌站为双阶式设计，设有两条生产线。设计中包含了以下主要内容：混凝土配合比设计，物料平衡计算、混凝土搅拌站设备选型计算、确定全站物料储存方式、进行物料储存期计算，绘制全站工艺设计流程图和全站总平面布置图，一套能反映主机设备安装位置和各设备连接关系的工艺布置图，另外还有一张电脑绘图。 本设计的主要特色是高效、节能、环保，因此搅拌站设计中仓顶和搅拌楼装置分别设置仓顶除尘器和脉冲反吹除尘器， 防止搅拌站粉尘污染。骨料堆场设计为全封闭，不但可以极大的降低了粉尘和噪音的污染，还可以节约能源消耗。为解决搅拌站长期困扰的车辆洗刷水和混凝土残渣回收问题，还设计了车辆的清洗问题。 关键词：混凝土 搅拌站 设备选型 骨料堆场 ABSTRACT This design is an annual output of 700000 m3 concrete mixing station, this batch plant is the double step-type, equipped with two production lines.The design includes a mixing station should have all the details. The design process is this: material balance calculations, calculation of concrete mixing equipment selection, determine the device type and the main technical parameters, determine the plants material storage, calculate the amount of storage and the storage of materials, draw flow chart of the entire station and the stations general layout plans, a process layout to reflect the installation location and the device layout, there is also a computer graphics. The main characteristics of this design is high efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection and other featur es, so mixing station design position in the top and mixing device are respectively arranged warehouse roof ESP and pulse back blow duster, prevent mixing plant dust pollution .Aggregate piles design is fully enclosed ,not only can greatly reduce the dust and noise pollution, but also save the energy consumption .In order to solve the problem of mixing station long-standing vehicle washing water and concrete recycling residue problem ,also designed a vehicle cleaning problems.
