respectivelyinOvidandChinamedicalnetworkwiththekeywordsof
stroke.painfulshoulder.stroke,shoulder-handsyndrome,stroke.
shouldersubluxation.
STUDYSELECTIoN:Datawerecheckedinthefirsttria1.and
literaturesrelatedtothecommoncomplicationsofstrokeatconyalescence
wereselected,whileresearcheswithobviousnonrandomizedclinicaltrials
wereexcluded,andtherestwerelookedforthefu11texttoiudgewhether
theywereclinicalresearchesofrandomizedcontrolwithoutconsidering
single.blind.double.blindornon.blind.
DATAEXTRACnoN:Atotalof35articlesrelatedtothecommon
complicationsofstrokewerecollected,18ofwhichwereinaccordance
withtheinclusivecriteria.17repetitivestudieswereexcluded.
DATASYlIⅡIs:Eishteentrialsincluding45lpatientsrespectively
reviewedthecomplicationsofstrokeatconyalescence.includingshoulder-
handsyndrome,posteriorshoulderpainandsubluxationofshoulder-joint.
Thepathogenesy,clinicalmanifestation,methodsofevaluation.treatment
andpreventionweremainlyexplained.
