专科毕业设计（论文） 设计题目： C5112B立式车床的PLC改造 系 部： 电气工程 专 业： 电气自动化（工业企业电气） 班 级： 工业企业电气091301 姓 名： 魏明州 学 号： 093905130139 指导教师： 熊渊琳 职 称： 助教 2012年6月 南京 摘 要 立式机床是一种自动化程度要求较高的机械和电气设备，一般用于冶金工业，车辆系统的各类大型工件。它通常用于继电器逻辑控制系统，传统的继电器控制系统中使用的大量的中间继电器，时间继电器，电子控制系统故障率高，检修周期长。立式机床的使用时间久了，电气控制系统线路易老化，继电器故障频繁，维修困难。本文研究了PLC改造立式车床的应用。用PLC 改造传统继电器控制系统是很好的方法。它充分发挥了PLC高可靠性、高抗干扰能力、使用寿命长、检修量少、外部线路结构简单的特点。 本文详细描述了C5112B立式车床的PLC改造过程，并对PLC做了详细的介绍，结合三菱FX0N-80MR-D，把PLC在立式车床的工作过程，设计流程，控制功能做了具体分析。 关键词 可编程逻辑控制器，C5112B立式车床，三菱FX2N - 80MR - 001  Abstract Vertical machine is an automatic and require a higher degree of mechanical and electrical equipment, generally used in metallurgical industry, vehicle system for all kinds of large-scale workpiece. It is usually used to relay logic control system, the traditional relay control system used in a large number of intermediate relay, time relay, the control contact, electronic control system failure rate is high, long maintenance cycle. Vertical machine tool use date time, electrical control system circuit ageing, relay fault frequently, difficult maintenance. This paper studies the transformation of PLC vertical lathe application. Using PLC to transform the traditional relay control system is a very good method. It can give full play to PLC high reliability, high interference resistance, long service life, less repair, look up the external circuit of simple features. This paper describes the now vertical lathe basic composition, working principle, classification and characteristics of. And on the vertical lathe in PLC is introduced in detail, the PLC vertical lathe work process, it analyzes the design process.
