PAGE PAGE I 摘 要 本桥为装配式钢筋混凝土T形梁结构,单孔跨径为18m,共三跨,主梁梁高1.4m,采用C30混凝土,主筋采用HRB335、其他采用R235钢筋,桥宽为净-7m+2×1.0m人行道,桥梁上部结构采用5片主梁,主梁间距取用1.6m,其中预制主梁高1.4m。 鸡东县穆棱河桥工程是黑龙江省“十二五”计划重点建设项目,是连接密山口岸和国内各省通往俄罗斯的主要通道,按照桥梁设计的基本原则:技术先进、安全可靠、适久耐用、经济合理、美观及利于环保,进行认真细致地设计。 根据所给的桥梁基本资料进行主梁跨径和截面尺寸的拟定,计算恒载、活载产生的内力,对这些内力进行承载能力极限状态组合和正常使用极限状态组合,根据这些组合所产生的最不利数据进行主梁的配筋计算和验算。进行下部结构的尺寸拟定,内力计算,进行内力组合。除此之外,还进行了行车道板和横隔梁的内力计算及配筋。 通过此次设计,使我们基本上掌握了简支T形梁桥的设计过程,学会了搜集资料和使用设计规范,提高了分析问题和解决问题的能力。 关键词 荷载 内力组合 弯矩 配筋 T型梁桥 PAGE PAGE 6 Abstract This bridge is the construction of T type girder which is assembly reinforcing steel bar the simple pore span is 18m , two spans in total, the main girder is 1.4m, which adopt the C30 concrete , the common reinforcing steel bar adopt HRB335、R235level reinforcing steel bar. Width of the Bridge is net- 7m + 2 × 1.0 m sidewalks. Jidong County of Muling River Bridge Project in Heilongjiang province is the Twelfth Five-Year Plan key construction projects. Is connected to Mishan port and domestic provinces to Russia s main channel.In accordance with the bridge design basic principle: advanced technology, safe and reliable,comfortable and durable, economical and reasonable, beautiful and friendly to carefully design. Work out the girder being in progress to stride over the footpath and the cross section dimension based by given fundamental data .Calculate the character of girder cross section and the internal force that is be produced by dead load and live load. Combination the carry ability of limit state of internal force, also we must combination the limit state of internal force for normal use. Calculate and checking computation construction assembly of girder according to disadvantageous data produced by these combination.Woke out the dimension of substructure, calculate the internal force.Besides, we must carry out the calculate and construction assembly the roadway’s board and internal force of transverse septa beam.
