PAGE PAGE 2 关节镜下骨骺内固定治疗青少年髁间前嵴骨折及关节镜再探查研究 陈昊1 郭林1 陈光兴1 何锐1 黄洪波1 朱佩海2 杨柳1* (400038 第三军医大学附属西南医院关节外科中心1 405400重庆市开县中医院骨科2) *通信作者：杨柳，电话：（023Email：jointsurgery@163.com [摘要] 目的：探讨关节镜下复位、骨骺内固定技术治疗青少年胫骨髁间前嵴撕脱骨折的手术技术近期疗效分析及再次关节镜探查骨折愈合情况；方法：回顾我中心自2005年至2011年采用该技术治疗的17例青少年髁间前棘撕脱骨折病例（男12例，女5例，平均年龄12.2+2.2岁）的临床资料，门诊及电话随访至术后6月－2年，12例患儿行关节镜下内固定取出时再探查。结合x片并按Lysholm膝关节评分评价患膝功能。结果：17例患儿骨折愈合良好，膝关节功能早期康复快，未发生内固定松动、关节失稳、关节功能障碍等并发症，术前Lysholm膝关节评分平均65.9分，术后平均95.1分；结论：该技术治疗青少年胫骨髁间前棘撕脱骨折早期疗效确切，创伤小，技术可行，能及时诊断和处理患膝合并伤，早期可行关节功能锻炼，有利于患膝功能恢复，可望在远期有效避免损伤青少年胫骨干骺端骺端。 [关键词] 胫骨髁间嵴骨折；关节镜；内固定；青少年；骨骺 [中图法分类号] R683.42 Treatment of the tibial intercondylar eminence fracture by internal fixation within osteoepiphysis and exploration again under arthroscopy Chen Hao1，Guo Lin1，Chen Guangxing1，He Rui1，Huang Hongbo1，Zhu Peihai2，Yang Liu1* (Center for Joint Surgery, Southwest Hospital, Third Military Medical University,Chongqing, 400038, China1 Department of Orthopedic Surgery,?KaiXian Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital，Chongqing，405400，China2) *Corresponding author: Yang Liu, Tel: 86-23Email: jointsurgery@163.com [Abstract] Objective To discuss the technique and the effect of surgical treatment of the tibial intercondylar eminence fracture by intenal fixation within osteoepiphysis under arthoscopy; Method 17 cases of teenagers` tibial intercondylar eminence fracture(12 males，5 females，as a mean age about 12.2+2.2 years) were treated by internal fixation under arthroscopy in our center since 2005 up to now.
