～麴 ～麴一 古牧地镇被征地农民补偿安置满意度调查研究 摘要 随着乌鲁木齐市新市区北扩及三化进程的开展，大量农用地因需要转为建设用地， 征地数量与日俱增，造成了大量农民失地失业。由于古牧地镇属于多民族聚集区，土地 征收与补偿安置情况复杂，从而引发了诸多社会矛盾，被征地农民在征地补偿安置中， 有很多的不满。因此对古牧地镇被征地农民补偿安置满意度进行调查，从而为政府决策 及制定征地安置方案提供参考依据。 本研究以交易费用理论、特别牺牲理论、可持续发展理论及效用理论为支撑，通过 对研究区域实地走访发放调查问卷，对古牧地镇被征地农民补偿安置满意度进行分析， 探寻土地征收补偿安置中存在的问题，采用logistic模型分析影响古牧地镇土地征收补 偿安置满意度的因素，其中获取土地征收信息的途径、土地征收后主要收入来源、土地 征收安置补偿政策的了解渠道、对征地安置方式的满意程度等因素具有显著性，在此基 础上，为提高被征地农民补偿安置满意度提出对策建议。 关键词：土地征收补偿安置：失地农民：影响因素；古牧地镇 万方数据 The The Research of Land Compensation and Resettlement of Satisfaction Survey of Landless Peasants in Gumudi Town Abstract With the north extending of Urumqi Xinshi district and the carrying out of the policy ‘‘Sanhua’ ．industrialization，urbanization and Agricultural modernization，large amount of farmland convea to construction 1and．the requisition of land amount grows with each passing day,resulting in a large number of farmers lost their lands and their dependence．Because of Gumudi town belongs to the multi．ethnic area,the situation of expropriation of land and land resettlement compensation are complicated，which caused many problems，and these problems are becoming social problems．There are a lot of dissatisfaction．thus making a survey on satisfaction of farmers after the expropriation of land and land resettlement compensation，SO as to provide reference for government decisions． This research based on the transaction cost theory、special sacrifice theory(people sacrifice their benefits for public benefits and get compensation from t11e country)utility theory and the sustainable development theory。through the studv on the regional field questionnaire survey,analysis the satisfaction of farmers after the expropriation of land and land resettlement compensation，finding out the issues．And by using of Logistic model analysis the factors influenced the Gumudi town land expropriation compensation and resettlement satisfaction．Among all the factors．the main Wav of acquiring the information of land expropriation，the main
