PAGE 2 摘要 汉朝时期以孝治天下，孝在人们的日常生活和政治生活中有着重要的地位。主流思想认为，家庭中对父母的孝顺和政治生活中对君王的忠诚具有本质上的相通性。因此，汉代的孝文化不仅表现在对老人的尊重和孝行的嘉奖上，还深刻的表现在选官制度上，这一点正是本文的主线思想。本文首先对举孝廉制度进行大致介绍，随后着重阐述了汉朝孝治政策和孝道文化对举孝廉制度的影响。正是这两者的兴起，才使得孝成为对个人品德评价的重要标准。然后，本文结合儒家思想中对孝道的阐述和汉朝“移孝作忠”的思想政策，深入探讨举孝廉制度中“孝”的内涵。内涵的本身来源于孝道，但在汉朝的政治和文化体系中又有着特殊的意义。最后，通过梳理时代的发展脉络，本文总结出其对古代中国孝道文化和官员选拔的深远影响，最后集中阐述举孝廉中“孝”的现代价值，为当今家庭养老和干部选拔提供一条可行的解决思路。 关键词：举孝廉；孝道；儒家思想 ABSTRACT During the han dynasty, filial politics ruled the world, and filial piety played an important role in Peoples Daily life and political life. The main idea is that the loyalty of the parents to their parents in their families is essentially the same as the loyalty to the king. Filial piety culture of han dynasty, therefore, not only on the respect for the elderly and filial conduct citation, also deep, of choosing officers system in the performance of this is the main idea of this article. This paper firstly introduces the system of filial piety, and then expounds the influence of filial piety policy and filial piety culture on the system of filial piety. It was the rise of the two that made filial piety an important criterion for personal integrity. Then, this paper discusses the connotation of filial piety in the system of filial piety in combination with the Confucian thoughts on filial piety and the ideological policies of han dynasty filial piety. The connotation itself comes from filial piety, but it also has special meaning in the political and cultural system of the han dynasty. Finally, through combing the development of The Times, this article summarizes the selection of ancient Chinese filial piety culture and officials, the profound influence of the final focus on the modern value of filial piety, in an xiaolian for todays family pension and the cadre selection provides a feasible solution.
