This role provides operational support to the outlet manager and coordinates all service delivery details with the outlet manager 岗位概述: 确保根据标准及规则給客人提供高效率的服务。主要职责将餐厅的运作情况及服务细节报告于餐厅经理。 Duties Responsibilities: The incumbent will be adequately empowered to make decisions in various situations relating to guest complaints, staff issues and other coordinating department issues. Responsible for ensuring that food and beverage sales are properly processed through the electronic register and that all dockets and cash are accounted for in accordance with Westin Policy and Procedures and to provide service to guests as and when directed by the Restaurant Managers. Leading the associates to provide excellent service to the guests and achieve department goals and objectives. Food Beverage Department Supervise Outlet Operations During Assigned Shifts Ensure all the staff to carry out the task according to the SP Complies with the hotel specific POP’s. The incumbent will initiate systems and procedures to meet and when possible exceed guest’s expectations Monitor cash handling and banking procedures Assist with the maintenance of equipment Control stock and monitor stock security procedures Assist with functions as required Assist with outlet service Purchasing/Stock Purchasing Stock Control Assist with handling and store stock according to stock control procedures Human Resources Certificate Be certified TSW, SOFT SKILLS Training: Training, development and rostering of staff. Determining and implementing on going training needs
