东海科学技术学院机电系本科生毕业论文 PAGE PAGE 1 智能小区局域网方案设计 摘要 随着高新科技的不断进步，计算机技术、通信技术和现代化建筑的发展，人们的生活水平不断提高，人们对生活环境的舒适性、方便性及安全性的要求提到了一个更为重要的位置，通过有效的传输网络，多元信息服务与管理、物业管理与安防、住宅智能化系统集成的智能化住宅迅速成长起来。 智能住宅小区是住宅建筑与计算机、通信、控制等技术有机结合的产物，它采用智能管理和控制的方法，将居室内各种安全设施、信息设备及家用电器，通过信息网络连接起来构成完整的智能化系统，并与小区物业管理系统互联，形成了开放式的小区管理体系。 本文在对智能住宅小区的内涵、特征以及国内外发展现状进行简要阐述后，给出了一个一般意义上的小区智能化系统组成框架。本文由智能化小区的发展概述入手，对智能小区的相关理论作了简单的介绍，并分析了智能化小区的构成和发展形式。智能小区是在智能建筑的基本含义中扩展出来的，它通过对小区建筑群四个基本要素（结构、系统、服务、管理以及他们之间的内在关联）的优化考虑，提供一个投资合理，又拥有高效率、舒适、温馨、便利以及安全的居住环境。介绍了局域网设计时要注意的先进性与成熟性，安全性和可靠性，开放性和可扩充性，经济性和实用性等几个重要原则。并且介绍了局域网的管理层、通信网络层和控制层等这几个组成结构。在构建局域网中，本文分析了多种局域网设计方案：基于以太网的局域网网络；基于FDDI的局域网网络；基于ATM的局域网网络；基于WLAN的无线局域网。通过这几种方案的分析比较，讨论了各方案的优点，缺点，从而可以根据实际情况选择最理想的方案。 关键词：智能小区;局域网;接入网;无线局域网 Intelligent Community LAN Design With the new high-tech advancements, computer technology, communication technology and the development of modern buildings, peoples living standard, human on the living environment of comfort, convenience and safety requirements referred to a more important position, through an efficient transport network, pluralistic information services and management, property management and security, domestic intelligence system integration of intelligent House grew rapidly.
