优化中碳合金冷镦钢线材球化退火工艺 陈振芳 （宝山钢铁股份有限公司特钢事业部，上海 200940 ） 摘要：介绍中碳合金冷镦钢线材对原材料的要求及其球化退火的重要性，中碳合金冷镦钢采用球化退火工艺实现 软化，其具有生产周期长、能量消耗多等特点。为了提高生产效率和线材质量、保护环境、节省能源等，中碳冷 镦钢软化越来越受到钢厂的重视。对此，我们开展了的研究工作，开发出大幅度缩短退火软化时间的优质线材。 对原球化退火工艺存在抗拉强度超标，合格率仅70%，通过3种球化退火工艺试验，探讨中碳合金线材球化退火机 制，并利用金相组织、抗拉强度和硬度指标说明球化退火的最佳工艺。 关键词：中碳合金冷镦钢线材；球化退火；抗拉强度 Medium-Carbon Alloy Cold-Heading Steel Wire Rod with Short-Time Annealing CHEN Zhenfang （Baoshan iron steel Co Ltd, Special Steel Business Unit, Shanghai 200940, China) Abstract: To introduce the requirements of Medium-carbon alloy cold heading steel wire rod and importance of spheroidizing annealing, Medium-carbon alloy cold-heading steel wire rod is softened by the spheroidizing annealing technology which has long cycle and excessive energy consumption. The softening gets more and more attention from steel companies in order to increase production efficiency and wire rod quality, protect environment, and save energy. Therefore, considerable efforts have been made to develop the high-quality wire rod which can shorten the annealing and softening time greatly. Through three spheroidizing annealing technology experiments. The mechanism of Medium-carbon alloy cold-heading steel wire rod spheroidizing annealing was discussed. And the optimum technology of spheroidizing annealing was illustrated by using metallographic structure, tensile strength and hardness index.
