湖 南 科 技 大 学 高分子材料加工设备 课程设计 题目 聚氯乙烯（PVC）复合排水管工艺设计 作者 谢 敬 学院 化学化工学院 专业 材料化学 学号 0906010110 指导教师 曾祥成 二〇 湖南科技大学本科生设计 31 - 摘 要 PVC材料即聚氯乙烯，它是世界上产量最大的塑料产品之一，价格便宜，应用广泛，聚氯乙烯树脂为白色或浅黄色粉末。根据不同的用途可以介入不同的添加剂，聚氯乙烯塑料呈现出不同的物理和力学性能。在聚氯乙烯树脂中加入适量的增塑剂，可制成多种硬质，软质和透明制品。 硬质PVC管材、管件在众多PVC制品中，在我国呈快速增长之势，也是各种塑料管道中消费量最大的品种。我国PVC管材经过近几年的宣传推广，特别是国家相关政策的支持，PVC管材生产和应用取得了长足发展，PVC管材产量已经占塑料管材总产量的50%以上，广泛应用于工业、建筑、农业的许多行业。 硬聚氯乙烯管（PVC）系将聚氯乙烯树脂与稳定剂、润滑剂等助剂配混，经造粒后再挤出成型制得，也可采用双螺杆（异向）粉料一次成型。硬聚氯乙烯管耐化学腐蚀、绝缘性能好，主要用作输送各种流体，以及用做电线套管等。硬聚氯乙烯管易切割、焊接、粘接、加热可以弯曲，因此安装、使用非常方便。 关键词：PVC；管材；生产； ABSTRACT PVC materials, namely polyvinyl chloride，It is one of the worlds largest output of plastic products，Cheap, widely used，PVC resin is white or light yellow powder。According to different purposes, can be involved in the different additives, PVC, showing the different physical and mechanical properties。By adding an appropriate amount of plasticizer in the polyvinyl chloride resin can be made into a variety of hard, soft and transparent products.
