吉 林 农 业 科 技 学 院 学 士 学 位 论 文 论 文 题 目：昆仑车用润滑油营销策略中的问题及对策 年 级 专 业： 2006工商管理 学 生 姓 名： 吴萨仁图雅 学 号 0604614333 指 导 教 师： 陈凤云 评 阅 教 师： 张立焕 完 成 日 期： 2010年6月20日 吉林农业科技学院 昆仑车用润滑油营销策略中的问题及对策 PAGE III 昆仑车用润滑油营销策略中的问题及对策 学 生: 吴萨仁图雅 专 业: 工商管理 指导教师: 陈凤云 摘 要 昆仑润滑油是中国石油润滑油公司推出的旨在同国内外知名品牌润滑油相抗衡的一种品牌润滑油。而昆仑车用润滑油则是昆仑系列润滑油里最重要的一个类型。目前市场现状鱼龙混杂，每个润滑油厂商都在使出浑身解数以期获得更大的市场份额和利润。在国内外激烈竞争的车用润滑油市场现状下，研究昆仑车用润滑油的营销策略，不仅有助于国产品牌车用润滑油更好地适应国内市场，应对国外车用品牌润滑油的市场竞争及加入WTO给我们带来的挑战，同时也为国内其他品牌车用润滑油增强自己的竞争力提供借鉴。 本文首先介绍了昆仑车用润滑油营销策略及其市场的基本现状，在此基础上进一步分析了昆仑车用润滑油的营销策略中出现的几个问题。针对这些问题，本文提出了昆仑车用润滑油营销策略的改进方法，最后得出结论。 关键词：昆仑车用润滑油；营销策略；问题；对策 The Problems and measures of Kunlun vehicle-using lubricants in the marketing strategy Name: Wu sa ren tu ya Major: Business Administration Tutor: Chen feng yun Abstract “KunLun Lubricating Oil is newly put out by PetroChina lubricating oil company to contend against famous domestic and foreign brands.Kunlun vehicle-using lubricants is the most import part of the “KunLun” Lubricating Oil. Under the current market condition ，the researching in the maketing strategy of “KunLun” vehicle-using lubricants is not only useful to help the domestic brand to cope with the marketing competition of the foreign brands and challenge from joining in WTO , but also help other domestic brand of lubricants enhance their competition in the lubricating oil markets. This paper first expounds the condition of the marketing strategy, and then analysis the problems of the “KunLun” vehicle-using lubricating oil in the marketing strategy. For this reason, this paper gives us some ways of improving the strategy in the “KunLun” vehicle-using lubricating oil market.At last, it gives the conclusion.
