河南工程学院毕业设计(或论文) PAGE II 摘 要 本文针对21世纪以来我国市场经济发展的新趋势和现代社会信息化快速发展对当前秘书工作提出的新要求、新标准,从人际关系的定义、人际关系的一般特点以及人际关系的影响因素出发,从而引申出秘书在实际工作中处理好人际关系的原则和方法及其重要意义,接下来根据秘书人际交往类型从方向上的划分:上行交往、平行交往和下行交往,重点论述了秘书人员作为领导的参谋和助手应该如何处理与领导的关系,并引用了大量的案例加以分析和讨论;秘书作为联系上下级的中心枢纽,应该如何处理好与同事及职能部门的关系,以建立起良好的交往环境和维护组织的团结;浅谈了秘书作为组织和领导的形象代言人应如何处理好与下级群众的关系,赢得群众对组织的信任和认可。 关键词: 秘书人员?人际关系?领导?同事?群众 Abstract This article for 21 Century China s market economic development of new trends and modern social information and rapid development of the Secretariat of the new requirements and standards, from interpersonal relationships, relations with the general characteristics as well as interpersonal relationships of factors, so as to draw the Secretariat in practical work, properly handle relations with principles and methods and its significance, followed by the Secretary interpersonal type from the direction of the Division, uplink exchanges, parallel contacts and exchanges, focusing on the Secretariat as a leader of the staff and aides should be how to deal with the leadership of the relations, citing a number of case analysis and discussion, the Secretary as contact subordination of the central hub, should be dealt with colleagues and functions, to establish good relations environment and preserving the unity of light on the Secretary as the Organization and leadership of the image voice should be dealt with lower people s relations, and win the masses of the Organization of the confidence and acceptance.
