However, during the growing process of the digital publishing industry,there are some problems to cope with：principal part of the chain is fuzzy,copyright protection is weak,digital product line is too short,marketing behavior is in arrears and other issues are restricting the further development of the digital publishing industry, its productivity has not yet been fully released. In addition,the important role of the network services platform has been the general awareness of the industry,yet its construction is lagging behind.
