I 京东商城物流配送模式分析 摘 要 京东商城的物流配送模式是我国电子商务物流运作的特殊模式代表，其自营物流为主，外包物流为辅的运作模式下，京东商城的物流配送效率得到提升并且促使京东的盈利增长。然而，近年来京东商城物流配送发展的优势逐步下降，消费者对于京东物流配送模式的满意度下降，这说明当前限制京东商场物流配送模式优化的因素逐步增多。综合分析其物流配送模式的结构，采用的两种物流配送模式的优缺点，结合当前我国电子商务物流配送模式现状及发展的趋势，借鉴苏宁易购自营物流发展的成功经验，京东商城在后续发展中，还需要对其物流配送模式进行改进，重点提升服务效率、加强物资保护、改善服务人员综合素质，注重物流标准化系统的建设等，这对于京东商城的物流模式优化有利，对京东商城发展非常重要。 关键词：京东商城；物流配送；第三方物流；物流外包 I Analysis of Jingdong Logistics Distribution Mode Abstract Jingdong Mall logistics distribution mode is more prominent in Chinas e-commerce industry, the self-run logistics, mode of operation outsourcing logistics subsidiary, Jingdong Mall logistics efficiency is improved and the Jingdong profit growth.
